Dr. Dan Marin
From an early age Dr Marin has had a keen interest in the realm of motorsport and competition, watching in and attending many sports car events in his youth. In residency training at Emory University in Atlanta, he had opportunity to unify his profession and his interest while providing medical care at Road Atlanta, outside of Atlanta.
Through the years Dr Marin has participated in independent performance evaluations of drivers, provided trackside care, directed safety coverage for events, and served as team physician. These events, drivers and teams have included the sanctioning bodies of: Formula 1, Formula E, NASCAR, Imsa, Indy Car and others.
THINGS IN MOTION
Dr Marin has been interested in “things in motion” since a very young age, and likely explains his collegiate athletic course and choice of physical medicine as a career choice.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS & CHAIRMAN
Dr. Marin is a member, as well as, on the Board of Directors of, the International Council of Motorsport Sciences. TheICMS.org is the key organization concerned with the promotion of the human element in motorsport. This organization has been tied with the development of multiple safety improvements in the realm motorsport over the last 3 decades. Dr Marin served as Chairman of this organization from 2013-2019.
